One Well Family will strengthen individuals and families by offering classes. Each class will emphasize three major areas:
1. Healthy Eating: Good food can be delicious and nutritious without draining your savings account. Weekly classes will teach you the basics of eating right, along with showcasing healthy, delicious meals that you can make at home.
2.Medical Education: Modern Medicine is improving every day. You can stay up-to-date on important topics in health and wellness by attending a “mini-medical school” designed by medical professionals for the whole community.
3.Exercise: Come learn how working out can be the most exciting part of achieving wellness. Each class will include wholesome family exercises that increase daily metabolism, strengthen bones, promote balance and core strength, and help you find your ideal figure.

One Well Family is a community program whose purpose is to promote family health and wellness. Designed by physician John M. Sanders, D.O., One Well Family incorporates healthy eating habits, medical knowledge, and exercise to build a healthier America, one well family at a time.
